Shipping & Returns
We make best efforts to ship all orders within 48 hours, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. Some orders may be delayed for shortage of items, in which case they will be shipped as soon as possible. (See Back Orders below.)
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Shipping charges are based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have the option of deciding whether or not to continue with your order.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the backordered item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling for the split shipment.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
How To Return An Item
Within 30 days of purchase, you may return any item
- In its original, unopened, unused condition; or
- If it has a manufacturing defect.
Merchandise that has been opened, used or altered will not be accepted for return.
- Please email email@example.com to request a return authorization; we will assign you a return authorization number to track your return.
- Mail your returned item to:

- Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
We do not refund the original shipping cost that you paid on the order, unless we determine, at our exclusive discretion, that a refund of shipping charges is appropriate.
Purchased product may not be exchanged. You may return items as described above, and replace them by placing a new order.
